What We Look For
- Hands-on experience in network, application, or database security
- Clear written and verbal communication — you'll be explaining findings to non-technical stakeholders as often as technical ones
- A practical, risk-based mindset over a checklist mentality
- Relevant certifications (OSCP, CISSP, GPEN, or similar) are a plus but not a strict requirement if your experience speaks for itself
